A complete digital management solution for supported homes and child care providers

CareSync is our purpose-built solution for supported housing and child care organisations. We designed and developed it to replace paper-based and fragmented processes with a single, structured system that keeps homes compliant, staff coordinated, and young people's progress tracked.

The Challenge

We saw care homes and supported living providers managing daily logs, incident reports, staff rotas, and young person progress records across a mix of paper files, WhatsApp groups, and generic spreadsheets. Nothing was joined up, audit trails were unreliable, and managers had no real-time view of what was happening across their homes.

Our Approach

We worked closely with care managers and frontline staff to understand how they actually worked before designing anything. We built CareSync as a web-based solution with a mobile-first interface, structured around the daily rhythms of a care home — shift handovers, daily logs, young person profiles, and progress milestones.

Onshyft

Our rota and shift management solution that gives care managers full control of their workforce

Onshyft is our workforce scheduling solution, designed specifically for organisations where shift patterns, leave management, and last-minute cover are daily operational challenges. We built it to give managers a clear, real-time view of their workforce and the tools to act on it.

The Challenge

We recognised that managers in care and support settings were building rotas in spreadsheets, chasing staff by phone to fill gaps, and tracking leave requests through email threads. There was no single source of truth, overtime was hard to monitor, and staff had no visibility of their own upcoming shifts until they were told verbally or by text.

Our Approach

We designed Onshyft from the ground up around two user types: managers who need control and visibility, and staff who need clarity. Managers get a drag-and-drop rota builder, automated conflict detection, and a leave approval workflow. Staff get a clean mobile view of their schedule, shift notifications, and a simple way to request leave or flag availability.
